Greetings all!
I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to point me in the right direction for creating a REFERENCE THUMBNAIL for ZScripts that don't have one of their own.
A few of the really cool ZScripts only have a default ZB thubnail pic, and i am looking to create a ref pic for them.
IS the image referenced in the ZScript and placed in the folder with the Zscript?
Thanks!

The image isn't referenced in the ZScript, but when loading a ZScript, ZBrush looks for a reference image with the same name as the ZScript except with a *.psd extension which would be in the same directory as the ZScript. Just replace the ZScript image with one of your own using the same name.

You may find this script Icon Widgit (http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=010089) by Digits to be helpful. It will help you to create your own custom ZScript icons.

Hy Sadicus:
1.-Your point is very interesting and I have been working in it because one of the many greats things that ZB Forum and his Team has is the attitude to share every tutorials, techniques, tricks, trips or whatever is useful for the people grow¡¡¡
and to enhance your preparation.
2.-This make that the information is very very inmense.
3.-The source of information beside your studies in graphic design and other are in ZB:
a.Quicklinks
b.ZB Manual PDF
c.The Forum with the variety of opinions
d.ZScritp tutorials that come with ZB Software and
e.ZScript tutorials that the wonderful people of the forum generously share with us.
In this situation and for make me more easy the learning process and to take the more of each tutorials and to know what i have¡¡¡ ...i made for personal use a database with the tutorials and with the zscripts (in my folder i have 232 zscript¡¡ probably someone duplicated) so you can know what you have and use it in a rational way.
You can made for instance a winzip list with a little description from all the ZB zip tutorials or you can make a folder for each zscript with a thumbnail.
Thanks for your attention

Hi Sadicus,
As WingedOne said, it IS simple to add your own icon/thumbnail for a given ZScript.
All you have to do is create a 96x96 photoshop (.PSD) file with the same name as the ZScript and put it in the same directory as the companion ZScript.TXT file and it will appear in the ZLauncher menu window.
From what I can tell, this only works with .TXT script files and NOT with .ZSC files (I think the .PSD file gets embedded in the .ZSC file when it is generated the first time you run the .TXT ZScript file.)
What I've wondered is: Is there any way to INSERT an icon into .ZSC files directly??
How about it Aurick?
By the way, I discovered a while ago that, AFTER replacing the default tutorials with Pixolator's ZLauncher, you can ADD a link to the manager for all those tutorials from your ZLauncher...
Using ZLoader, just create a new link to the Launch_Tutorial.zsc in the ZScript subdirectory. I did this because I like to go back and run a tutorial now and then when I need reminding on how to do a particular process.
(Unfortunately there is no icon embedded in the Launch_Tutorial.zsc file so all you get is the standard grayed ZBrush thumb.)

Thanks for the File! i just cheked it out in M.Excel and it worked great.
i will spend more time reading thru the tutorials. :D
just a note : it works with every image size, zbrush is resizing if necessary. just the name has to be "nameofskript".psd ;)
