Hi :)
As we get closer to the release of the next ZBrush version (in several weeks) I would like to share with you some information about an exciting new ZBrush modeling tool…a tool that will allow you to model complex organic shapes with ease. With this tool, you’ll be able to quickly ‘block’ out the shape of your object/creature and when satisfied with the shape, create a 3D mesh that can be edited and refined with the tools and methods that you are already familiar with (keep practicing these modeling skills, they will come handy :) ).

Here are some key points about the new tool…
1. Highly creative thanks to its ease of use and real-time interactivity.
2. Allow you to (virtually) create any organic shape imaginable.
3. Extremely gratifying because it allows you start the modeling process from a sphere (albeit, a special type of a sphere ;) ) and do 100% of the modeling.
5. More key features and technical details will be added as we get closer to release date.

Here is a quick test-model …

As stated previously, this will be a free upgrade to registered ZBrush users. More information and sample images will be added in the near future.
-Pixolator :)

P.S. This tool is currently under development and therefore its capabilities are likely to be changed/improved prior to release date.

So that character is modeled out of a single tool, and wasn't created in pieces via MultipleMarkers? VERY cool! Between this and the other Sneak Preview (http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=002807) that you've given, I have a feeling that the new version is going to be an eye opener! Maybe even a whole level of revolutionary, in a program that is already very much so.

Pixelator that looks unbelievable :) You've got me so excited about this release. And in several weeks?

Is it just me or are the next several weeks going to be the longest on record? ;)

Any idea of what the next version number will be? Will it in fact be version 1.5?

Wow Pixolator!
Being able to model a character from head to toe would open up a whole new era.
Thank You for pointing out that the upgrade would be free for registered users; because I just rolled all my pennies to buy this version of ZBrush. Very much appreciated! ;)
Keep us posted! (are you going to paint this guy up and add some of that magic lighting you're working on?)

"Don't hold your breath or you might die to death." :D

Unfortunately, I don't remember who said it.
