In attemptin to learn about alpha, texture, the different tools, color, and all the variations of each I stumbled across something that wasn't supposed to be. However I do have a better understanding of several more program functions. And I'll know when and how to use them. So that said, ny next, but not totally planned, peice.....

In the early 70s there was a movie with Cornell Wilde and Bernie Casey called The Gargoyles....CW came across a man called uncle willie I believe and he had the skeletal remains of a gargoyle or the NakkatickaChinko(i believe) as the indians called them...and it's skull looked like your creation....anyways...all the gargoyles were killed and so were the hatchlings all but the one leader and his mate who he carried off into th enight air with her broken wing....Great modeling...you are coming along quite nicely...and thnx for stirring that almost forgotten piece of movie memories within my rotting brain

I love the lighting in this peice. Keep up the excellent work.

psst; and don't feel bad about forgetting to 'insert' the image into the actual message. I think I did that quite a few times when I first got here =P

It looks soooo sad. Like it just bit off someones head and now realy regrets it.

Pooor baby ;)

Great picture Azlan and remember that even if it does not come out as you expected, any experimentation is good for your learning curve and besides look at this cool character you made by "accident"

I have to agree with you Nova. HE does look a bit depressed doesn't he? Thanks everyone for the kind words and suggestions. I'll practice more and see what kind of scene I can put him in.
