hi folks,

I think, I pushed my Zlimits today. Few weeks ago I started my big project and I decided to use Zbrush for it. It is gamescreen for PC game my friends´re programming. Well, it should be fantasy RPG in veeeery old style (like Lands of Lore if you used to know :) and it should be just for our fun.
Today I brought the whole thing to the second stage. Full overall look without icons and engine screen - and yes - this IS pure Zbrush :)

enjoy and post 121. (original screen is much bigger app.1290x900, but I don't think it´s a good idea to put it here as it is, if you know what I mean ;)

Yea Zbrush is a game developers DREAM!

YOu did a verry nice HUD! is your game going to be a 3d shooter type or a topview like Diablo?

Anyways I use Zbrush for gameing design alot... from charictor models, to decals, from Mapping deco to masked textures.. I have used ZBRUSH in almost every aspect of my development (even somewhat easy to make seamless tiles).

I have used Zbrush for unreal, quake 3, RTCW, and UT2003 mapping and modeling.

anyways, nice work!

Hi Vox;
I have the lands of lore and I loved it. You
seem to have a pretty good idea about this
project. The frame looks great and bears some
resemblance to "hte lands of lore". I am
trying to use zbrush to make graphics for old
style arcade-type games like "gods" and "the
last vikings". Zbrush is a great prog. to do
that. :b4:

thanx for commenting boys. I´m sure, that there´s a lot of people around who use zbrush for their games. But their works - dedicated to games (models, icons, HUDs etc) - are not visible very often. Maybe we should start some new chalenge, something like, "Lets we people of zbrush create an outstanding game!"... well, just a dream :)

update after a while ;)

I played a lot with icons, details and animations. many things on this HUD are movable and use to change their shape. ..tons of rendered pictures... you know.

everything is pure zbrush.

Hi Vox;
It looked good when you started this, and now
it looks even better. I can't wait to see some
of the characters to this game.
If it was my project, I would choose some
different shades of red and green here,but of
course it's not my project! :)

Hi Vox
Ok for the Letters :)
But I am not more advanced : in french that's has no sense :D
Do you mean HUD = Interface ?
Or something more particular for this sort of games ?

nice beginning :)

HUD = Affichage tete haute.
Tout comme l'affichage des pilotes d'avion de chasse.

une sorte de tableau de bord sous les yeux
