Head Model Advice

I am hoping to get some input on this head model.
I'm mainly looking for advice. I seem to take all my head
models to about this point before i get bored and move on.
I think it's from me lacking the creativity and ideas that leave me at this point.

Any comments are greatly appreciated.

Turn off the symmetry. Mush the head around. Give him an expression. Stick a cigar in his mouth. You get the idea. Go for it.
