I`ve created a ZSphere test model, edited its polymesh & finaly posed it in the positions Below.
Its clear from the image below the mesh isn't being deformed properly, anyone got a solution or a workaround to this problem?

The only thing I can think of is you might want to check the rotation of the actual Zspheres. This might be causing the distortion. I'm no expert on Zspheres though, I'm still pretty new to them myself.

You would need to show the zsphere tool for anyone to really help you. Chances are, you need to refine the positions of your zspheres and probably add a few at certain points.
