Well as promised here they are. Im sure the pros wont be interested in them but i think they are more for newbies who are having trouble with materials. you will need to adjust the color on all of these to get the effect your looking for, and the sky material will display a star field which will go on a plane or cube (something flat)which is displayed here as the background.

here is a quick example of the water. this would have been well used in that image of the elephants walking through the water from overhead. :)
