I have some problem with the eyelashes.

Well, this is a nice image! I have seen your work ... this shows progress.. and thats a good thing ;) .
:qu: Have you tried using the snake hook brush for the lashes?

Okay I am assuming you want some 121 (http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=000289) on this image so here is a little.

Now I don't want to hurt your feelings but the jawline is kinda pushing toward little boy. For a girl, I feel the face should have a softer feel.
As for the eyelashes...here are some tips though this isn't a golden rule...just a starting point. The lashes get longer and sometimes thicker as they reach the buldge of the eye and then begin to taper back down. Also, the lashes at the inside corner is smaller then the outside ones. Please excuse the lame 30 second drawing.

One last tip, the longer and curlier, the more feminine.
