View Full Version : I'm getting somewhat impatient...

You may remember my "boohoo" message last Friday.. It was the one where I was saying I couldn't get www.getsoftware.com (http://www.getsoftware.com) to send me a new password.

Since then I've mailed them twice and I've also mailed Pixologic and nobody has returned my mail.

I was very patient about leaving it until past the weekend to see if the problem resolved itself. It's now almost a week later and I still can't download 1.23 so as you can imagine I'm getting somewhat impatient.

Could someone at pixologic please help me get a new download password - pleeeese

I know just how you feel! :mad: I went through the exact same thing when I first purchased ZBrush ver 1.13, back in late February. It took me almost two weeks, of constant begging at "getsoftware" to please sell me ZBrush. Finally, they gave me the needed password & I downloaded it. Then I had to fight with them for another two weeks, due to the fact that they sent me about 5 different billings via e-mail, even though ZBrush was paid for with my credit card two weeks earlier. Go Figure! I contacted Pixologic to help try & resolve the matter & during the conversation they told me they were looking into having another company handle their sales. But obviously, that hasn't happened. :rolleyes:

Anyway, sorry I can't help you, but if you have enough patience to hang in there, everything will work out. ;)
