Installed Zbrush 3.1 waiting for 3.5 email?

I just started at my new job and they gave me my license for Zbrush 3.1 how long should it take before i receive Zbrush 3.5? Is there a link i can go to to put in my cleverbridge # and of 3.1 serial # to get 3.5?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
