Well here is my newest Low-Poly head...(atm i'm trying to get more realistic human-heads) well i see i need more training. ;)

I'm no expert, but...
When I model a human head I tend to do things too big. I see a face and I see it has say nostrils so I draw nostrils. Only the nostrils I draw are usually twice the size they should be. It's probably wanting to show off my work..."Look see...nostrils on this face!!". Only doing that makes it look all out of kilter and unprofessional. It's only in identifying and not ignoring your faults can you improve. It's usually the small details that make anything stand out.

Here are some facial proportion sites that are helpful. Learning proportions for the face are important, I think. It is not so important to strictly adhere to a standard of facial proportions unless you are going for absolute realism. But it is good to have a beginning point from which to depart from when creating your own unique character.

not bad dO, I would suggest either moving the nose up some or adding more definition to the noxe higher up, also the nose is a little to thin.
