I tried posting this to my Oblivion thread but it won't work ???

TO MAKE NICE ZOMBIE HOLES

1. Finish main image ie. Zombie body

2. Save as .PSD

3. Find nice image for underneath ie. blood/guts/body parts etc..

4. Import both as textures

5. Use FLAT MATERIAL

6. Have 2 layers.

7. On the first layer put the texture for BOTTOM image on to FLAT PLANE from TOOLS. Draw it into the canvas

8. On other layer put other image for the TOP onto a plane and position it in the image.

9. Eat away holes as needed. You can bring the top plane out of the image using the GYTO and SCROLLING DOWN a little to give a little shadow when re-renderedif needed.

10. Tinker with all the cool 2D brushes for an hour or so.

Hope this helps.

Hi southern,

I was wondering how you made the effect.
Did you use same technic for his skull?

Thanks for the tips.

Hi CObra,

The ZScript is my own DEFAULT ZSCRIPT that loads when I start the program. A while ago a few of us here started to write our own and after a while they become a MUST HAVE item.

All ZScripts that I add to the ZScript directory are added on to my default as buttons. I then edit the new ZScript ie. Texturemaster and add a button to it called RETURN TO DEFAULT and this allows me to flip between all my ZScripts in seconds.

The version you see is available on my site if you want to have a play with it. Mess around with it but make sure you SAVE your DEFAULT ZSCRIPT that comes with the program as you may want it back later.

Some of my ZScript contains bits of ZScripts from the other guys. For example, it runs a bit of script from KenB (I think) that allows me to size my brushes up and down with + and - on the key board as I am drawing.

There are a range of document sizes I use all the time, buttons for instant background change and links to things like my favorite Mat List sets.

Get a copy from my site and mess around a bit, all that is thanks to the altruistic nature of Pixologic who allow us to tinker under the hood a bit.

Cheers,

Glen
