New to Zbrush.. I have a quesiton

I downloaded the tutorials from pixologic.com. They are for the older version though and on various tutorials, it says to go to the transform docker and change some options. However, the transform docker has been updated. I'm curious if there are new updated tutorials or if anyone could point me in the right direction. Sorry if this has been asked already.
