Thank you for sharing your UVs workfliw ancomic; I remember I tried the unwrap with Blender in the past but had those problems you pointed out in your video so I decided to find a better solution. For me the best combo is actually using another free software with no drawback issues, it's called Roadkill and it's a free software too. You can find it at: http://www.pullin-shapes.co.uk/page8.htm
Give it a try because I find myself very confortable using it with great results.
Thank you again for sharing!
Bye

The UV check errors you are seeing looks to be because you may have slightly too close or overlapping UVs. In blender you can force a 'pack margin' between UV islands in the UV Calculation panel. Then use Ctrl+U to save as your default settings.

Richard is right, try to remember that. I never had problems like this in blender. Just try to avoid UV overlap. Blender is my swiss army knife.

Hi All.

I can not write English well.

This method, Blender is the second program.

Thanks.

You need some space between "islands" or seams. Some bleed around is needed too! So after unwrapping in blender (U), grab islands (G) and place them correctly.

After I install ZBrush 3.5, UV testing was conducted first.

ZBrush 3.5 and Wings3D UV Test result: UV models can be moved.
