androgynous pain.
I opted for the classic symbolism of a vagina - the female lips
hope you like it.

what a superb painting, mein freund, once more. the details and tools you added since the 1st preview version i had the honor to be allowed a peek onto, dramatically enhance the pic, which had left me openmouthed and utterly excited even without them! most dynamic and gorgeous z-art!!! H.O.F., no doubt :D

really intresting but I would prefer to look at this woman without "any title" to have my
own thoughts ... :p
Don't be angry christos the picture is marvelous ... but the title destroys it a bit
of course only for JOLA !! I like it
because it shows a lot of feeling for woman ?
:p :p ciao jola

thank you all for the comments...they are almost too kind for me to bear :)
actually, JOLA, my good friend... it's a guy... and the pic is about the condition described as "transgender": a female in a male body and vice versa. sorry if I ruined it for you. but you may fantasize anything you like.

wow, definitly eye-catching. nicely done. kinda reminds me of some of Clive Barker's work.
It's definitely one of those that you just can't stop looking at. There are a lot of really interesting things that grab your attention right away (the perfect circle of the right hand is really unusual, for example), and plenty more to keep you looking (like the female symbol on the head).
This, like so much of your work, clearly sends a message -- but also makes it tantalizingly difficult to figure out just what the message is. I think that's what makes it so intriguing to look at. And look at. And look at....
Well this another excellent work, the skin texture, modelling the whole thing is fantastic. BTW this isn't Jane Fondle in the movie Barbara Weller by any chance, lol.

Wow this is some piece great work!

:) it's a "he" so, the question isn't valid :)
ok its a "HE" with "female" lips
so would that be a heShe? or a sheMale
or a HE Ha ha ha.
sorry hands of a man lips of a women it was to hard to tell..
i "SEE" Said the Blind man as 'HE" Driving down the Road.
oK its a (HE)question is now valid so validate me ;)
You said >it's a "he"
ok my question is what is a> (it's)
It's symbolic, EZ. Sometimes art defies logic and makes its own rules. Salvadore Dali and Escher, for example. Androgynous Pain is a very symbolic piece, and I think it's really well done. :tu:, Christos!
