Directory Master

I may be wrong but there is no such feature as a directory manager built in ZBrush. I find it pretty annoying to browse to the right place whenever I need to upload, save, bring in Alphas, Cap, etc. It would be nice to set the paths to the right directories once for all at the start of a new project. Anyone has a idea how to perform this task?
