The sky, distant land and water with the sun reflections are all very well done here. What I think jars slightly is the foreground flowers and foliage. The black outlining presumably comes from the same source as discussed in another recent post. However it is particularly noticeable here by contrast with the much softer handling of other features. I think they might have worked better applied directly to the scene, not via an alpha plane.
Hi Deevee,
What a great painting you have produced. It provokes in me saranity and a feeling of a utopia for one self . Not nessasarily a utopia in a distant land far away from everthing else but in one's mind. I think this impressions comes from the contrast in styles of painting between the flowers and the scene that unfolds ahead of you.
Great work

Once again folks thanks for your comments..if my images in some small way make you feel a little better after viewing them, then I am extreamly happy!
Bill you are quite right! but why start from the begining when I had these already done..The idea was not to produce a masterpiece, just a doodle to keep up with certain ZBrush techniques.
