I agree with the frustration posted by several members regarding having paid for the program and being subsequently denied access due to an expired temp SN... How long on average does it take to get a permanent one? It seems highly unfair that now I am locked out of my <BLOCKQUOTE>quote:</font><HR>already paid for<HR></BLOCKQUOTE> program while awaiting permenant status..
Maybe a less painful method would be to auto e-mail another temporary SN in response to the request for the permanent one that would re-enable the program until the said permanent SN arrived, allowing a purchaser to continue using the program, instead of just a <BLOCKQUOTE>quote:</font><HR>lock out<HR></BLOCKQUOTE> with no other recourse available other than to anxiously sit and wait...
