Since the first time my Sister Kat tried to start a fun thread for us was derailed by non-relevant foolishness, I would encourage those who have any other agenda than fun with ZBrush to restrain yourself...For the others who do want to have fun, how about a contribution to the 'Vegetable Angst' thread... :)

Hey Stonecutter . . . :)

A very cheerful looking vege! ;)

I think I saw that fellow at the market yesterday, while doing my shopping? He was sitting there with a BUNCH of others, Hehehe. :D

Maybe I'll have to do my own rendition of some kind of a vegetable??? See'ya a little later & have a good one . . . Mark.

Why? That is an age old question. Could be fate, kharma or destiny. It never makes any sense, rhyme or reason. But we must go on! My suggestion would be to add your buddy to some beef, potatoes, onions, a few spices and whip you up some good finger lickin stew!

Head For The Hills!

The sound was familiar. A low incessant buzzing that drove it's vibrations deep into the very SOUL of a vegetable.......

But what WAS it!!??

His therapist was able to bring forward the memory of the lose of his mother...and that sound was there TOO!

WHAT? What was that sound of death and dicing......slicing.........dicing....

IT'S THE RONCO SALAD SHOOTER!!!!!!
SLICING AND DICING IT'S VICTIMS INTO CHUNKS OF TASTEY FODER........!!!!!!!!!!

HEAD FOR THE HILLS!!!!!!!!!!!

I was saddened to hear that Kathy had her carrot removed yesterday. This was followed by some good news that Stonecutter had donated his carrot to replace hers. Many live perfectly happy lives without a carrot, whilst for others, the loss of their carrot is a traumatic experience. Carrot Counsellors working for the International Carrot Donor Society help people all over the world when faced with carrot loss. If you are prepared to help, please send a carrot, or even a pound of carrots, to our Society. :D :D :D

hehe Kathy
You know the best part about the RONCO SALAD SHOOTER? It's only $19.95! and yes! There is more!~~~~~

Still it is less sinister than the juicer you have to admit. Then there is the Gallager solution, that IS messy.

'Morning Kat . . . :)

I'm very happy to see the 2nd release of your hilarious running carrot. But, I've got to be honest with you - that protrusion from his back side is probably the most disgusting thing I've ever seen anywhere! Heheheh  Great Image even 2nd time around. :D :D :D

See'ya later & have a good one . . . Mark.

I think it was actually WingedOne that was to blame -- notice how his snowmen still lack carrots? I think he's secretly swiping them for use in his image. mwahahhahhahhaaaaaah

I thought I would post this for anyone who might want a basic 'Karrot' tool...
Once loaded, you will have to lengthen it, then customize it to suit... ;)

I was a little curious about what ever happend to Beta Carrotine after he gave the farmer the slip. With a little help of some of Stonecutter's tools I found him in a little dive in New Orleans.

It's the Moulin Reudebegga!

Henri ToumAtouse-Lautrec oft spent his drunken nights at the Moulin, sketching and painting the attractive carrots on stage.

A bohemian lifestyler and heir of Comte Alphonse-Charles de Toulouse, he was also a vegetarian.

Thanx, Guys!! :)
Aurick, I think the execises this is turning into are teaching me more about the software than I might have learned otherwise...It has to do with the relation between a concept, and then executing it with dispatch, something I haven't ususally done. Since my basic approach has always been to model a piece, 'snapshot' it with a base color, then paint it with 2D, and 2.5D brushes, I never felt like TM was for me...Now I'm wired!!! I love this new way of working, and will be doing 'The HunchKarrot Of Notre Dame' next... :D
