a few days ago, i set out to experiment with a seascape once again:

5 seagulls courtesy mastermodeller Dave Maguire :), the one busy on the rocks is
Sarabels :tu: :tu: :tu: woodpecker (http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=011629) in seagulls disguise :)

trying to improve i goofed the pic up with attempts at handdrawn waves (couldnt even decide which way they are going :D, same for shadows) and suchlikes:

another error while dragrectangling gave me the idea to fade edges out to hide the worst nonos, thus creating a postcard from the island of kitsch :) :

You are right Juandel the simple brush and dragrec are tremendous tool, I was trying cloud, seawater, lights and the fade you realize here....ZB is an infinite wayˇˇˇ
Congratulations.

Very nice - especially the first one, though you just can't trust these woodpeckers - never know what they'll get up to next! :tu:

Nice use of the photographer's friend, vignetting, in the last one, though I don't think there were that many nonos that you needed to fade out quite so much. ;)

I must admit I am quite envious of your landscaping skills, they look beautiful. I prefer #2 despite the backwards rolling waves(did not notice until I read your post). Very nice :tu:
