Pretty cool. Kind of suddedn depth changes in his face though. I suggest using larger brush sizes, and less zIntensity. I really like the eyes on this one.
That's a good head, the ears perhaps need pulling out a bit more, but overall modelled shape great.

That's a great looking head LWTB. :) If you don't mind a suggestion or two:
Try smoothing out the chin a bit. The cleft is too sudden, IMHO.
Also, try moving the ears out and down a bit.
If you are going for human realism, you might want to bring the eyes down a bit too, so they are half way down.
But this is looking great so far, and I hope you do more! :D
Nice modeling. the pointers given above are valid. I think that the best feature of this image are the eyes, not the placing, but the painting. I think you did a very creditable job on those.

i agree as well with the above comments and i would like to add that the ears could use somemore detail on them.. looks great for you second human head though.. hang in there you getting really close..
i think i have managed to fix some problems, here is the new image. I made the neck longer, ears wider, eyes a lil different, and skin slightly changed among other things.
the head also looks bumpy but i cant smooth them out without altering the image too much and i am planning on moving on to some more things. http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1012701097lsl.jpg
