i like the idea and i love the image, however im not really sure about all those little dots.. is this something you wanted to do or jpeg compression problem..
edit....looks alot better great image..

The lighting, and the water are both nicely handled.
A Very well done seascape, I like your water most of all, I think you did a creditable job on the whole image,
I am not really sure how i got the effects of the sky.Painting is not something i have ever done. I usually work in clay,but on reflection i think that perhaps the fact that one can attempt zbrush with confidence, that mistakes or the wrong colour blend or stroke can be redone at the touch of a button all allow one to be more adventurous.
