Hi EZ
As a newcomer I'm still playing catch-up on postings, so just came across your reply just one day after I'd figured it out for myself. What I'd really wanted to do though, was put a thumbnail in the image box at the bottom of the browse window that opens when you try to load a Script (shows a greyed out ZBrush palette icon). Is there any way to do that, please?
what ZBrush palette icon you want just tell me and ill post a sample but its a .PSD so it won't be active just a image.
if you want a ZBrush palette icon that you can activate you can put it at the bottom of the canvas but not the very bottom just pick any icon and hold your CTRL KEY DOWN (first) now place it on the icon and DRAG it to the lower left you can let go and double click the icon now to open that pallete up
I don't believe that what you are talking about is possible. That thumbnail is created by your operating system when it reads the content of the file that you are selecting. Since a ZScript is a text file, there's no picture to display. I don't believe that there is any way to make the operating system display another file in place of the one that you are viewing -- that's actually contrary to what the browse window preview was designed to do, even though in this case it would be a nice thing.

Hi Aurick - shortly after posting my follow-up query I guessed this might be the case. Thanks for confirming my fears. Obviously no great problem: it would just have saved one mouse-click to preview a script's results and meant it would have been possible to see previews of 3rd party scripts which lacked a thumbnail without editing the script. Just being lazy!
