Hello...Does anyone know where to find hi-res royalty free or inexpensive reference images. I am looking for some images like the ones in the "Modelling a Black Guy" tutorial on this site. Those are very good because the front and profiles are aligned and scaled just right...hard to find ones like that. I checked out "3D.SK" but it was $30.00 to join. Is there anywhere that you can purchase only the images you want instead of having to subscribe? Thanx for any help.

3d.sk is cheep if you ask me. $30 and you can download to your hearts content.

I snagged 120GB of reference images and whatnot for $30.

I mean, hell, half of my students tell me that is too expensive...but they can fork out $15/mo for WoW......
really, any vice you have (if you're strapped for cash and whatnot). $30 is half a video game. 2-3 CD's. 1.5 DVD. 1 BluRay. 4 packs of cigs, 2 cases of beer. 4-5 fast food meals. so on, and so on....

Right... I see your point. I probably will pay the $30 at some point but for now I just wanted to get a few cheapies or freebies to get my feet wet with sculpting in ZB.
