Matvara I like this can be helpful for you. In conscience, I dont have a guiding text of what I do when im panting but I think after we made some picture that it is the mirror of something inside our self that sometime we dont know is there¡¡¡
Sometime that picture after has been do it help to clarify or to look in an special point of view that we missed.
