Where to find an artist

I'm a zbrush newb but am looking to get a few objects for some business logo's, etc and would love to purchase a few custom built objects from an artist but I'm not even sure where to begin looking, other than posting here to see what you guys think.

I see a few zbrushers and other 3D artists on ConceptArt.org. They have artists looking for work and job postings forums where you'll find freelancers of varying degrees of talent.
