I am doing an image using a fog alpha, and I want the fog to be a greenish color. I've set the fog color for fog1 and fog2 under the render palette to the color, but the fog stays white in the best render setting. Is there something else I need to do, or does color not work with an alpha? Thanks...

Try creating a green texture. It can be a simple solid green background or gradient or anything you want. Then load it into the texture channel on the fog pallet. Load your alpha and render. That should get you where you want to go. And no I have not successfully gotten all four channels to work together at least not the way I want. If you want just green fog set the first color channel to green and set the last one to another shade of green. Make sure the middle two channels have textures and alphas turned off.
Are you accidentally loading the alpha into the texture box instead? The fog menu has four boxes in a row. From left to right they are Color 1, Texture, Alpha, Color 2. Whatever is loaded into the texture box will override your choices for Color 1 and Color 2.
So for the effect that you are after you want to have Color 1, Alpha, and Color 2 set. Texture should be left blank.
