I would lose the necklace...looks more like fava flav...or however you spell that. You know, the dude with the big clock that he wears around his neck. That symbol would probably work better as a Burn or Brand in his chest. You can keep the chain going around his neck I think...just tighten it up so it's more like a choker I think. He also needs something to help break up his symmetry a bit. Some kind of flare off one knee or a shoulder, forearm would work as well.
