I'm psyched up! I've begun my DWIV entry. The Action Hero contest was a great warmup - hopefully I will outdo Shakti in every conceivable way.

Here goes nothing! Any crits would be absolutely brilliant, I was so grateful for the comments I recieved during the action hero contest - many of them made a huge impact on the quality of the final piece.

i like your concept so far and all the details involved....just remember that the fiinal poly count for the art work is 10000 tris. if my mind still ok, not pretty sure on it :lol: .

Well, in case anyone sees this thread in it's current stuck state and wonders why I stopped updating, it's because (besides a few distractions and other commitments) I landed a job! I'll be animating at Sony, but I definitely plan to continue this work and others because I still love sculpting more than I like watching telly, playing videogames or general sitting/scratching.

I'm sad to have missed out on entering DW this year, but rest assured more updates are on the way.
