it takes a little time to get used to zbrush but once youve got a handle on it its so much fun...heres what i can tell you to help with your long and dusty learning experiences with zbrush.. around the horns i see some lines that look like they shouldnt be there so how do we fix this... while in edit mode click and hold down the control key and paint a mask in this area... after painting on your mask find the button in your selection panel that says inv for inverse click it and travel to the deformation menu and find divide.. click divide then clear the selected mask and finally back to deform panel and smooth as needed ... hope this helps ...

Tornado's yep hit just south of me.
the storm went right over my house ! kept me off the computer and quality ZBrush time....dang storms :eek:

Practise, practise and do some more. You are right about that. A lot of what I do finds it way to the trash bin - some doesn't. But it's all fun.
Good start on this fella: docjjwow's advice is good stuff - try it out. ;) :)
