First of all I would like to apologize for my poor english. So please be graciously. Thanks in advance.


Alan the student of university of art discovers that he has a supernatural abilities. Once he got used to his powers he decides to use them for his own benefit and won a 700000$ prize at big casino. But casino owners are not so happy about that and the want their money back. Alan discovers an assassins watching him. When the night falls he puts on a black suit and pays them a visit. When all of them are beaten he takes a closer look at their minds and finds out who hired them and why. It is obvious that more of them will come after him soon and Alan decides fight back and compromise the assassin`s employers. Not to call more troubles upon himself Alan puts on a custom made mask and suit to restore justice and remain unrecognized. At night when four of them have gathered together he hides in a dark room nearby and gets their conversation recorded. To get more information he uses his mental powers to make them tell everything about their crimes. All their crimes are now on one tape and he got it. Moreover Alan used a web camera has set up the online translation of their meeting. When the criminals have noticed that they were being spied on Alan blows his cover but still got his mask on. Desperate one of the criminals draws his pistol out but the clip falls on the floor. More gangsters are coming from the doorway but when they pull out their guns it appears that there is no ammo too. A fight starts. “Indigo” beats them all easily except the one called “Invulnerable” who was standing aside all the time. Nothing could hurt him, no bullets or strikes neither... So “Indigo” just threw him out of the window. A few police squads have arrive by this moment, an exchange of fire has started. Looks like the mobsters has finally found their ammo. Alan ties the criminal bosses and unlocks the safe nearby which compromising documents were stored in. He gets to the rooftop and ran away to avoid the police.

From the evening news Alan fins out that three of four criminal bosses were released from custody under the pledge, compromising documents are missing and this record he made is not enough to prove their guilty. Nothing threatens Alan now but he was very disappointed that criminals remained unpunished. Therefore he has decided that this was not the last occurrence of “Indigo”...

Abilities:

“Indigo” has several mental abilities such as telekinesis, telepathy and ability to read and change other`s thoughts. In a moment of physical contact Alan`s ability to read and change other`s thoughts increases repeatedly. In this way he can read the entire memory, not only current thoughts. Regarding to his ability to change other`s mind he can fully program somebody to do whatever he wants and the victim will have no clue about being controlled.
“Indigo” can handle multiple objects with telekinesis. It`s summary weight must be below one ton. It`s harder to control multiple objects as well. Also he is able to control an energy which could be shaped to a sphere and thrown into a distant target. This kind of weapon has a high destructive potential. Moreover “Indigo” can use this energy to temporary enhance his own body by focusing it on his muscles and bones which makes him stronger, faster and more endurable. In this way he can temporary enhance himself and use telepathy to predict enemy activity and avoid or block attacks coming from all sides.

Nice base to start and cool pose you put there. With him extending his hand like that....it sure looks like he's about to levitate something with his mind! Look forward for more.

Begin work on detail character, the main goal was to make all the anatomy and muscles look realistic, correct.

Hi, very nice work so far, I'm sure it'll come out strong.
I hope you don't mind a couple of critics. On the forearms it seems to me that he's got a muscle of the forearm that looks like it's going all the way up almost to his shoulder, just a bit more of definition of the muscles around the elbow. But mostly his legs are very short, or more precisely they are ok if you pull the feet down. Looking at the front view it looks like if he had his feet cut off at the ankles. And it looks like the ankles are in the right place, only that in the other views those are not ankles, they are feet.
But then if you pull those feet down his arms and torso would be a bit short. What I mean is that with some work on the proportions he'll look a lot stronger. Keep up the good work!

Maxinkuk thanks for critic, its help to look at work new sight.

Update pose of a hero. I think that old pose be a insufficiently expressive. I has devoted day, a search new pose. After many attempts and experiments, I chose this one. I think this pose very well shows ability of hero, especially when environment be ready.

Interesting pose. The squatting movement looks a bit odd from the back view. Other than that you are doing great so far. :)

I started to work out in characted details. I Wish I could do more but I don`t have much experience in this way. Today I tried some new things and performed various experiments. Here is the result. I`d like to know your opinion. Thanks.

hello, i have one question... how did u do that detail ? can u make short tutorial or give me any ideas how to do it ? thanks...

I work this way.

Create a cylinder in a initialize rollout HDivide 6.
Create new document resize width 776 and height 891, its for equal filling work space.
Press “`” and fill six angles all work space in DragDot mode with size brush 120-140.

After that switch to MRGBZgabber and we allocate all work space with our grid.

Now we can load our grid as alfa map, in Brush menu change Alfa Tile as you like.
Last step press CTRL in DragDot are DragRect mode on your model, go to Deformation rollout and change “Inflat” parameter as you like.

thank you very much...this really helps me, but i have problems with apllying it on model,i allways make the size of mask bigger or smaller and i cant make smooth transition between that... Is it only a skill or you have any tips to me how to apply it ?
the video should be great ;) it helps more than words....

Today almost finish the leg detail, but have some trouble with roundish forms, but fix them with another mask.

mates I create video, but I can't load video the size too large(150mb), and with my provider it’s troublesome, I send the video when find way to do file size smaller. To record video I use “Camtasia” if anyone know how to make a normal size please tell me.

try using uv maping and alpha dispalacment for thoise details, you wont have problems with the details streaching ;]

fluxist8070 sorry, but i don't understand your question, this is language barrier , can you reformulate your question.

I was busy and don’t have much time for the work, but wants to do some progress. The ideas is the asphalt pieces in lifted forming sphere.

Wow, that's very powerful...I like the fact that the ground beneath him just explode upon his mighty feet. This is looking cool.. Just a tad concern would be the floating objects..that might not suite the final print.. But I think it looks much better with them...as we can feel more impact. :tu:

Neat idea, KiVanDi, on the energy ball..I think once the material ( glowing ones) applied to it, it would look even cooler. :)

Grate news, today I have premier on TV documental film Plesen.
Start polypaint. I painted every single sixangels in his Suit, I must painted him before detail. But anyway it’s done, and now try different color palette.

I really like what's happening with the background. The character is very cool, nicely texture. The pose is good but something looks a little peculiar about the hips, maybe to wide in the pelvis. Maybe the inner thighs under the crotch or the buttocks should come down a bit? And the hands look a tad bit small to me.

Nice scene.
