Hi i just regestired today and I would like to say hello to everyone. I have just recently downloaded zbrush and while I was waiting for my registration to be approved I was glancing at the artwork here in the forums and let me just say i was overwhelmed by the creativity and beauty of these images.I envy all of you because you have such creative minds and talent.Well let me introduce myself. My name is Joey and I'm 13 years old, i live in New Jersey and i love to webdesign and to create webpages, the current one i am working on is http://GeneralsFactory.com . Well with my introduction comes a real problem. Scince I just got zbrush and I really want to make a rendered object for my website I'm having real trouble ; but not just any trouble , i am just going crazy over this. My website is based on a game comming out soon called Command And Conquer Generals. So I REALLY REALLY want to make a Rendered Tank suitable for my website. I am going allover this its driving me nuts. I even email Mr.Alon himself and asked him out of his genourosity to make me a zscript showing the procces of making a 3D Tank. I dont know what to use, how to start, or even what to do. So if any of you kind gentelmen could help me in ANY way whatsoever I would be Deelpy filled with gratetude. Thank you for your time everyone =)

Welcome to the Forum Mr. D!
It sounds to me like you should concentrate on studying the 'Quicklinks' at the top of the page, especially the sections on the creation of Polymesh objects using the Multimarker functions...Then you could break your design down into components, model each part, and then assemble them into an object you could apply a texture to...
I think that will get you underway... ;)

Hi DS and welcome aboard. You may also like to check out this thread (http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=007011&p=2) for further ideas on how to apply additional detail to your basic geometry.
Hi DeathScythe,
Welcome to the ZBC!! Is your game based on the game Command and Conquerors? I loved those but since getting ZBrush, I haven't played in ages!
Wish I could offer up some quick tips for you as well, only thing I know that might help is Pixolators tools.. called Pix's Props (in Quick Links).. might give you extra help in modeling using the deformation settings under tools.
