Hi all,I just wanted to posted a quick texture pic for all the newbies out there so that they can better understand how simple texturing is done.
Also does anyone know a good 3d model creator that I could use in conjunction with z-brush

Thanks for the look see on your texture drkwarrior! Very well done, I like the finished product very much.
I personally have had great success with 3DStudio Max, Bryce, Poser, Canoma and Blender (incorporating into Z)
Of course with every program there comes (and goes) a quirk or two as far as polygon counts, texture mapping etc. But, all in all I have found Z to be VERY accomodating.
I had the 30 day trial with Maya but had no export/import save capabilities with it. So I can't comment to it.
And don't forget TrueSpace by Caligari. A fantastic program for the price(until Dec.15th, it's $299, then it goes up to $595). Someone else here mentioned using it along with Zbrush, but I don't remember who it was or the context of the posting.
No spam, I'd like to get it, but I don't have the extra cash. Need more time for Zbrushing, anyway!
