Poser & ZBrush

Hi and merry christmas, everybody! =)

I'm almost new to ZBrush 1.5 and I was wondering if there's a way to import a face I made in ZBrush into Poser 5 and convert it into a poseable character! <=) Can you help me? =)

I'm also curious if there's a way to import a graphic into ZBrush's Background and model for example a face after it! <=)

I appreciate every kind of help! Thank you for your efforts! =)

I'm impressed of how many tutorials you all collected and I'm sure they'll help me a lot although I'd prefer Video Tutorials like the few at www.digital-tutors.com (http://www.digital-tutors.com) but there's not even one about ZBrush on this site! <=)

However I guess now I know the right place for my questions! Thanks again! =)
