View Full Version : Teeth Thin Question... Please help
I search all over the forum for related Teeth/Thin topics and idn't found 1 way I really want to learn.
Can somebody please make a short script to show me how he makes the same techique that done in this Fish Movie ?
Amazing Fish - Perfect way to make TEETH + THIN (http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=015643)
KaYoTo,
Pixolator uses masking for the teeth on his fish. You'll need a very high res mesh to get a similar result, paint a series of dots when in masking mode and then invert the mask. This will produce a completely masked model with holes in the mask where the teeth will be. You can then pull the teeth out of the mesh with the move tool.
Hope that helps! - Baz
Hi Baz, thanks for the explaination but since i'm newbie mask and invert are kind of ...new to me I didn't evn found them on the gui, any chance for a simple ZScript making "teeth" like over a regular sphere ?
and how you twist and sharp them like pixolator did ?
thanks for the help !

You find here a little conceptual tut about the teeth technic of Pixo (http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=015670) :)
Just use the magic blur smooth brush of the Zb2 at the end ;)

Pilous post shows you want you want to know. If you press Cntrl while in edit mode click dragging will paint a mask on your model, you will find invert on the selection menu which is a submenu of the Tool pallette if I remember correctly, I don't have ZBrush on the machine I'm on at the moment!
Thank you All !
that was VERY Helpfull !!!
I Really apreciate your help !
