View Full Version : ZAppLink and polypainting
hello,
I am wondering if it is possible at all to do the polypainting after utilizing the
Zapplink plugin? I tried to search a documentation but can someone give me insight as to why and why not it is possible to do? and can you please post a link or documentation for that regard? if it exists?
Thanks a lot and have a nice weekend.

I don't understand your question.
You can polypaint with zapplink too you just need to have
no textures and colorize button on.
So you can use both standard 3d painting and Zapplink
2d painting on top of each other without any problems.
The thing is that you'll need a lot of polys to do that.
If you work with a texture on ,I guess the workflow should be:
do all your 3d polypainting and when you're done create a blank texture press the color to tex button in the texture subpalette then do all
your zapplink stuff without needing a crazy polycount.

Hi guys
ZAppLink integrates with it automatically, making it a breeze to use Photoshop in your texturing and polypainting. * Create ZBrush stencils in Photoshop via.
