View Full Version : zBrush-Model combined with c4d
Hi all, this is my latest picture. The creature-body and its head are modeled with zBrush (Lowpoly). I rendered it with cinema4d because i needed some reflections.
On my opinion professional modeling with 3ds max, lightwave or cinema4d needs a lot of 'skill'. But zBrush offers an easier way of modeling (and texturing also).

This isn't finished yet, maybe i'll post the finished pic in a few days.
Here (http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=000318) is one of a few threads that shows how to get such reflections directly in ZBrush. There are a few other threads on the subject in the QuickLinks.
do...I think the word you're looking for is intuitive. :)
Thanks Aurick! But when I read this I thought "phhh...that is a little bit complicated". I know these are just a few settings but if i use cinema4d, i get really great and easy-made results. Perhaps you could make it easier in the next zBrush version.
Here is the final one. Models (creature,fishes,tear...) are zSpheres, terrain is zPlane. Rendered in C4d.
