Repeatable selections?

How can I define areas of my model (for instance: lips, eyes, face, etc.) and recall the identical selection over and over again.

I think it should go somethign like this:

create mask of eye area
convert mask to alpha
clear mask
create mask of lips area
convert to alpha
clear

Now how do I recall the eye mask?

The alpha you created will be located in the Alpha pallete. Simply reselect it there. For use in a later session of ZBrush make sure you save it.

To apply the currently selected Alpha as a mask, just click Tool>Modifiers>Selection>Alp.
