The movie is "STEAM BOY".
This movie is direced by Katsuhiro Otomo.
I like the movie "AKIRA" which he made.

Pigma, The instant I saw this image, I knew it was a Katsuhiro Otomo character. Fantastic job, Bro, You did his work justice...: ))
I'm a HUGE fan of his work. I have an Akira lithograph I got years ago for some work I did with the Akira license.
