Need your advice to build a mesh tube in a model

Dear friends,
What method would you suggest in
3D construction of the anatomical inner canal
inside the uterine tube, shown on my image?
How can I build the inside tube along the
outer one, carefully in center thereof?
I managed to build the whole object, including the inner lining, but cannot break through the tube!

perhaps isolating the part of the tube you wish to copy for the inner tube. delete rest of model. save as separate tool. then scale down so it will fit inside original then use multi-markers to place it and create a poly mesh from that?

not sure if that would work, but I think it's what I would try to do anyways.

I am sure someone will have a simpler answer for ya soon.
