View Full Version : Shadow solucions
Hello everyone. I just cant get efect of perspective when I put some walls around my objects. Trying to put walls away in the canvas is not the way. Im posting a picture of my lost dog, and as you can see looks like he is just centimeters from the wall. In the other picture I'd like to put shadows in background, its a cube screched to become a room. Moderatores, please help. http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1040303951usm.jpg http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1040303985zwl.jpg
Are you aware of Global Perspective (Draw Palette) and Zmode(Lights Palette under shadows)?

To activate global perspective, you hold down the shift key, while pressing the "persp" button in the draw pallette.
If you want to change the vanishing point, also while holding down the shift key, click and drag from the perspective distortion slider in the draw pallette to any point on the canvas that you want the vanishing point to be.
Also, activate ZMode in the Light>Modifiers>Shadows menu. This will give more accurate shadow renders.
