I think I can answer DM, just a guess though, those smooth hairs on the eyebrows are actually hair that is either blured or the smudge tool was used in photoshop (just a guess) :confused:

Hi all,thank you for your comments.I used the fiber brush and carefully created the basic eyebrow structure and exported the image in psd format,then re imported back into zbrush and carefully used the smuge tool.For the hair I molded the basic shape using the sphere tool and added the details in the same manner I touched up the eyebrows.
