I just finished modeling two part of a mermaid I am working on i modeled one part with a zsphere and the other with just a sphere I am trying to figure out is how to work on both of these so I can work on blending them together into one mesh.

hey thanks very much i really appreciate the help
The MultipleMarker's Make Polymesh function will join the two models, but it won't weld the seams. To do that, what you should to is select the newly created polymesh and then use the Tool>Inventory>Make Unified Skin options to reskin the combined meshes into one contiguous mesh. It will appear as yet another tool in your inventory.
The settings near the Make Unified Skin button allow you to control how ZBrush conforms the shape of the skin to your original models, and how many polygons the mesh will consist of.

When you put again the figure that result from multimarker...let said When the figures using MM are placed again, they can be placed individually in other positions? How?
Thanks very much for your attention
No. They cannot be placed again in other positions without going back to the original pieces and using the MultiMarker tool all over again.
The Make Polymesh function combines the individual pieces into one single mesh. But all polygons from both meshes are still present (including those that fall inside each other). As a result, it's not always easy to edit the combined mesh where the pieces come together.
To see what I mean, try this: Create a Sphere3D and mark it. Create a Cylinder3D, position it so that it's sticking out of the sphere, and mark it. Now use the MM tool to combine them. Draw the polymesh and mask off all but the visible part of the cylinder. Hide or delete those polygons. You will be able to see the surface of the sphere inside what's left of the cylinder. If you hide part of the face of the sphere where it intersects the cylinder, you'll see the rest of the cylinder tucked away inside the sphere.
The only way to truly fuse the two pieces and in effect weld the seams is to use the Make Unified Skin feature.
