i like the new project... i would add some light to your image... i would increase the material bump in the material panel just a little... he needs bigger lips... maybe some kind of body or background...easy on the shading ok because zbrush has a wonderful render program that does it for you... then if you want to make things more shaded after rendering then use the shader tool setting the option to a minus number... hope this helps a little...
