best screen capture and best image viewer program?

hey guys. i used faststone screen capture and its image viewer a lot but i was wondering if anyone else out there knows of something better? i saw snag it online and that seems quite bloated to me as well did acdc (how ever you spell it). anyone recommend anything else?

I used camtasia for years best one I have ever used and i have been around the block a few times with crappy screen capture programs.
