Zbrush 3.1 for sale never opened never activated

Brand new virgin never opened Zbrush for sale.
Bought it for a labtop but something came up where I never got the labtop.
Decided to go with a mac instead for a labtop.

So anywho now save 100$ by buying it off me through ebay
