View Full Version : face lift
have been wanting to do a revamp ov one of my old works sinc i got 1.5, finally got around to it, was just going to put the zbr doc into 155 and re render but somthing about it was bugging me so i gave it a bit of an analasys in pshop circling everything that could be imroved, i ended up with this
1.jpg
the only thing in the final image that i kept from thi original was the left shoulder
2.jpg
almost forgot, thanks mtb, mentat and all the people who figured out that distressed look, it was fun to play with.
Hi,
this is a Zadvantage...reusing your images and change it to better or new inspiration...
Very good work.
Can you post a bigger version ?

Excellent work. Love how you refined the anatomy, and textures.
I have to say that I prefer the eyes and lips in the original. They seem a little more inviting. The lips now seem a little sharp. This is purly my personal taste though.
I'm curious(as I'm still learning)how you set her up to be able to go back and edit her. Did you save your doc with separate layers and markers before the final render?

Wow, excellent update. I actually printed up your originals as inspiration in my ZBrush book. Just a compilation of some really outstanding ZBrush work I like to look at every once in a while. :tu: :tu:
Just when one thinks that some stuff can't get any better, some artist proves it can. Great update!
Hope you will give the other pics also a go.

a revamp, indeed! :D absolutely fantastico! i realize you havent asked for 121, but heres what came to my mind anyway: reflection on the top of highest tower looks like theres a bright sky behind of us, though the overall atmosphere is more like arctic night. maybe some moonlit texture? and the fold of the fur she is holding in her right hand might need a little more definition (or bent finger(tip) showing from behind). otherwise: perfection, imho!

Amazing,
Quite an improvement!!! Wow!
She's a babe!
Thanks for sharing!

I think the only thing that I see that could make it better is the fabric for the bikini. Maybe make it a little shinier and silkier somehow. That way it separates the bra from the buildings in the background. If you look at the right breast it is almost the same size shape and texture as the teardrop roof of the building in the background.
Other than that...she beats Jessica Rabbit hands down.

Very nice face lift. I much prefer the sharper look and especially like the fur and background. Very nice :tu:

I know this is necroposting,
but i'm surprised no one brought up the fact that this was an "homage" to Natalia Kassle from Danger Girls.
Please don't say something is your own work when you've used others clearly for inspiration.
ps, Campbell is definitely awesome source material for 3d models.
