The best advice that I can give is to go to the QuickLinks. It's linked to from the top right corner of every page here at ZBC.

The New Users Section is meant specifically for people like yourself, with some of the very best advice for new users from the last two years.

The 1.55b section has additional info that you will find invaluable.

Both contain links to the Quick Reference Guide and the Manual. Both are excellent resources, and the QRG is basically a crash course in ZBrush.
