There are a mini making of:
Search T-Rex photos. This stage was very important for me, because I never understood T-Rex structure, proportion...etc. Than, I can start to sculp my model. The T-Rex texture is all freehand in the ZBrush.

Search photos and rough combined it. Don't concentrate details in this stage.

This rough background can be used in maya. In this stage you can matching your model, light, and than, can help you composition in photoshop.

The T-Rex render passes. I especially render tongue mask pass because I am not so satisfied original image. That let me easier modify it.(like fake SSS)

Complete the final background. Use more elements and mattepainting to finish it.

Final, combined both.
This case spend my a lot of time like background, render animation. But I still very happy to complete this work. In the process, I changed twice at this work. This final image is third version.(you can see the old version....God!!) Very happy your appreciation, and welcom any comments and criticisms. Thank you!^^

Nice work! But you can enhance it further if you can fix some of the anatomy issues especially on the head. The basic shape of the head/skull seems off.
I suggest you take look at Dinosaur Anatomy from Gnomon if you have not already.

vvmanoj: Thank you! You are right! I am dissatisfied the anatomy of head of the model. Actually, I reedit this head very mush, but, just such as you said. I must more increase myself basic skill. Thank you!
