jibberish, I am always warey of smiling eyes like his...giggle..you know how alot of people are afraid of clowns? Well this guy gives me the heebie jeebies in the same way. He might open that smile into a large toothy orifice waiting to bite off some unsuspecting persons head. Or possibly he has just come from a cannibal feast and is just looking for a place to lay down to let his meal digest. See its the smiley people and characters in the world I worry about, because the outward monsters are easily identified and avoided.
